Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. LVL Golf does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We do not exchange your data for money with third parties.

What We Do With Your Data

We share data only with service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, Supabase for hosting, Resend for email, Vercel for deployment). This is not a "sale" under CCPA — these vendors process data on our behalf under contracts that prohibit them from using your data for their own marketing or selling it.

Your Opt-Out Rights

Even though we do not sell personal information, California residents may still exercise their right to opt out of any future sale or sharing. If you would like to opt out:

• Email us at privacy@lvlgolf.com with the subject "Do Not Sell My Info"
• Include your account email address
• We will process your request within 15 business days
