By accessing or using LVL Golf ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LVL Golf is a golf progress tracking application that allows:

  • Students to track golf rounds, practice, and progress
  • Parents to monitor their child's golf development
  • Coaches to manage students and log coaching sessions

3. User Accounts

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Types

  • Student: Individual golfers tracking their progress
  • Parent: Parents/guardians monitoring their child's golf journey
  • Coach: Golf professionals managing student development

Minor Users

Users under 18 must have parental consent to use the Service. Users under 13 must have a parent account linked and active parental supervision.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (scores, notes, photos). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display it within the Service for the purpose of providing our features.

6. Coach-Student Relationships

LVL Golf facilitates communication between coaches, students, and parents. We do not verify coaching credentials. Users are responsible for verifying the qualifications of any coach they engage with.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by LVL Golf. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LVL Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
